Located near ENOC petrol pump close to Ibn battuta mall and MoveNpick hotel. There is a small seating area for customers. Automatic and manual car wash facility available. Around 10-15 staffs can available. Car accessories like car mats, carneiro fresheners etc are sold.

I had to reclean the car after.. and it took almost 1 and a half hour for this overpriced bad cleaning

During the interior cleaning the car wash professionals have destroyed my middle screen by blowing high pressure into the console. Their previous station manager Mr. Santos, insisted that it is about the screen protector and the screen should be fine . I literally got the video when the damaged occured and the station manager insisted that he cannot be of assistance, but he would pay the bill for the repair. I finally did my car service and I was told that it is not the screen protector at all. The Car wash pro professionals let their service team open up the whole middle console and in thei end they damaged by leather seats by putting parts on the back seat, destroy the cable locks of the screen backend and my gear shift by scratching parts during the plug and unplug process. As of now all the information I have received it is, a new station manager details, Mr. DilshanCWO 25604 , and unfortunately I was told the following, rather mixed messages. Ok... but I am not think that air happen to this break screen or Ok sir we will tell you what we can do about , or I cannot tell anything about what can I do that, I will tell you I will discuss with my manager then I will inform to you, or Excuse me Sir I didnt say like that ok . When following up with my JC, he understands the situation more likely, sir we dont want also to damage any car of the customer. apologies for what happen to your car accidentally. and we cannot say sir when it will happen. if the person know already that it will damage your car. automatically they will not spray that part. they just only working sir and we are trying to resolve that issue. just calm down sir all of the person sir they are not perfect. hope you understand our part also. sir he just do only there job. we are always sir spraying the car inside to remove the the dust. we are doing that in all car. I went to this station several times, and I was sent away over three times and asked to come back another day, even on a Friday morning, I was asked to come again and Mr. Santos told me that I should Google my problem instead and he doesnt know how to solve the issue of the screen.I am so naive I keep going to the same station to wash and fuel up petrol, although what they have done to me. In my opinion, I would strongly recommend you not to do interior cleaning in this particular station. I hope that Mr. Dilshan and Mr. JC can be more qualified to solve this issue anytime soon.

Washing team is good to cooperate and doing it in fantastic way.But car cleaning team is very bad and rude in behavior, doing their work as in a manner that i have borrowed some money from them and they are doing a favor to me.Not ready to clean this pouring in the beading.Its jus a spill of juice, it can be removed by just a wipe. But they wont doAfter cleaning dust remains..!!What a team??Then why should I pay you team?Why u charged 52 dhs for washing?This is my first and last time to visit here.I wont be visiting anymore here

Nice standard wash, almost no complaints. Onlt the time you spend in the waiting line is beyond my understanding, once spent 2.5 hrs and not going this place anymore. Lube service is good too.

Go for the manual wash. The machine wash leaves marks of the bristles which the poor chaps need to spend time cleaning. The boys are committed and do a good job.

Good and relatively quick wash service for cars. Even when it looks busy you are done after around 15 minutes. Cleaning itself is ok but surely not deep cleaning.

Price-wise response- means if we do manual wash paying AED52.50 , the cleaning is least commentable. If automatic wash, they boldly say they wont clean properly.Washing is in acceptable range.But the cleaning part is worse, the team is un-monitored and end result is very bad. Attitude of cleaners are very bad.THE CLEANING PART & LABORS NEEDS TO BE MONITORED.

They are un professionals who are greedy for money. I asked for a manual full wash but they were pushing me to go for steam wash which i dont want. After completing half cycle of washing the manager came back to me and said the system allowed time for full body wash is over so i have to pay again to finish the wash. I arguied with them and when i started calling their head office to raise a complaint against them they came back and told me they will finish the job. This type of experience i am faceing second time from this place. I usually go for other prowash centers which are good and professionals not like here. I will never go for this prowash centre again.
